New Candidate List: "Erase All Data" Mass Action Now Supported

What's new?

The New Candidate List now supports the Erase All Data mass action. Users with the GDPR Admin or Erase Data entitlements can now select and erase data for up to 200 candidates at once. Note: This action is currently available only for paginated results. A future release will allow you to Select All and apply this action across the full list.

Why does it matter?

This enhancement makes it faster and easier to erase candidate data. By supporting up to 200 candidates per action, it boosts efficiency and brings the New Candidate List closer to feature parity with the legacy list, helping you transition more smoothly.

How do I enable this?

This update is automatically applied to the new Candidate List. The rollout of the new Candidate List is currently in progress, and it will be available to all customers by the end of 2025.
